I don't know how many of you had a wonderful (or most likely dreadful) experience of eating Natto, furmented soy bean, but I wanted people of this tribe to try it for all the great reasons.

Nattō is an acquired taste due to its powerful smell and sticky consistency, but it offers health benefit like no other food can.

Here's what Wikipedia said on this subject.

"Natto for example contains a compound Pyrazine, which not only gives natto its distinct smell, but also reduces the likelihood of blood clotting. An enzyme nattokinase may also reduce blood clotting both by direct fibrinolysis of clots, and inhibition of the plasma protein plasminogen activator inhibitor 1. This may help to avoid thrombosis, as for example in heart attacks, pulmonary embolism, or strokes.

Natto also contains large amounts of Vitamin K, which is involved in the formation of calcium-binding groups in proteins, assisting the formation of bone, and preventing osteoporosis. Vitamin K1 is found naturally in seaweed, liver and some vegetables, while vitamin K2 is found in fermented food products like cheese and miso. Natto has very large amounts of vitamin K2, approximately 870 micrograms per 100 grams of natto.

Natto also contains many chemicals alleged to prevent cancer, as for example daidzein, genistein, infrabin, phytoestrogen, and the chemical element selenium. However, most of these chemicals can also be found in other soy bean products, and their effect on cancer prevention is uncertain at best. Some sources also claim that natto has a cholesterol-lowering effect."

You can get Natto at most of Asian markets, and definately at Japanese markets. I usually mix it with soy sauce and spread over hot steamed rice. Some times I add raw or cooked eggs. I even eat over spagehtti. There are lot of creative ways to eat Natto. For example, my mother used to deep fried a spoon full with tempura batter. In Japan, many poeple enjoys in sushi rolls.

So next time when you find yourself at an Asian market, ask store people where they keep Natto. Bring it home and feed it to your family and friends and enjoy the reaction. It's not only good for you, but it's fun!!

Many people are now convinced—Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), that wonderful “old-timers” home remedy, cures more ailments than any other folk remedy and has been highly regarded throughout history. In 400 B.C. the great Hippocrates, Father of Medicine, used it for its amazing health qualities.

The reported cures from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar are numerous and include: allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, Candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, gout, and even heart pain. Apple Cider Vinegar breaks down fat and is widely used to lose weight. It has also been reported that a daily dose of apple cider vinegar in water has soaring blood pressure under control in two weeks!

For centuries, the benefits from cider vinegar to fight infection, promote digestion, fighting osteoporosis, have been well known. One of the first goals on the way to great health is to restore the body's pH to the alkaline range. As nearly all chronic illnesses take place in a body that has become acidic due to the gradual depletion of its mineral reserves, it is logical to check on the body's acid/alkaline balance and to work towards maintaining it in the alkaline range. The state of the body's acid/alkaline balance can be easily measured by testing the urine using pH strips.

INTERNAL BENEFITS:
.	Rich in enzymes & potassium
.	Naturally supports a healthy immune system
.	Helps control weight
.	Helps soothe dry throat
.	Promotes healthy digestion & pH balance
.	Helps remove body sludge & toxins

ACV is also a natural antibiotic germ fighter, fights E. coli and other bacteria. It is an excellent remedy for food poisoning and helpful in digestive upsets. ACV helps control and normalize weight and improve digestion. ACV helps relieve arthritis stiffness and rheumatism.

Use two teaspoons (2 t.) in a pint of water daily for yourself—or one teaspoon in the dog or cat’s drinking water—as a healthy tonic. Drink a daily tonic of apple cider vinegar to help you keep the right pH balance in the urinary tract, since the proper acidity creates an inhospitable environment for bacteria and yeasts that cause these infections.

EXTERNAL BENEFITS:
.	Helps maintain healthy skin
.	Helps promote a youthful, healthy body
.	Soothes irritated skin
.	Relieves muscle pain from exercise

ACV helps to maintain healthy skin, promote youthful, healthy bodies. Soothes pain of sunburn, the itch from bug bites, and the sting from plants. ACV helps prevent dandruff, itching scalp, baldness, and dry skin. ACV soothes tight aching joints, sore muscles. Apple cider vinegar also removes sebum and environmental and product buildup on the hair shaft.

COMBINE WITH NATURAL BEE HONEY TO:
.	Relax the nervous system
.	Promote deep sleep
.	Relieve rheumatism
.	Relieve arthritis
.	Relieve bone and muscle pain and soreness
.	Relieve heart ailments
.	Relieve stress
.	Relieve insomnia

Mix organic apple cider with pure raw honey and drink at night before going to bed. Great for calming nerves, promoting relaxation and relief of bone related ailments. Adjust the amount of vinegar and honey for comfort and taste. See my recommended recipe here:

RECIPE:
250 mL (8 oz) Purified Water (warm enough to melt honey)
1 to 2 teaspoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic recommended)
1 to 2 teaspoons Honey (Local, raw, non-GMO recommended)

(Honey comes from flowers and has a very light energy. I recommend honey from flowers that are known to provide support for heart and lungs. Use local honey to help provide relief from allergies and build immunity.)

Apple Cider Vinegar is proving very beneficial to people and animals with arthritis because it breaks down calcium deposits in the joints while re-mineralizing the bones. It has shown to be equally beneficial to dogs with hip dysplasia. ACV is also effective for urinary tract infections, and it lowers high blood pressure. In animals, it is helpful in skin and coat problems and in replacing potassium depletion. (Cranberry juice is also a well-known home remedy for urinary tract infections. It prevents bacteria from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract.)

A new University of California-Davis Medical Center study shows that daily consumption of 12 ounces of apple cider or apple juice can reduce the risk of heart disease. And the benefits don’t stop there. A recent Cornell University study found that the antioxidants in apples also inhibit the growth of certain types of cancer cells.

ACV has been found to protect arteries from harmful buildup of plaque. Many heart attacks are caused by high amounts of fats and cholesterol in your blood. The fiber in ACV helps to absorb fats and cholesterol by expelling them from the body as waste materials.

ACV is used to promote the health of veins and capillaries; it is also useful in assisting in the health of the heart. The potassium found in apple cider vinegar is also beneficial to the heart.

The dietary fiber in ACV is beneficial in controlling glucose levels in the blood. Minerals like manganese, calcium, magnesium, silicon and iron develop bone mass and make them stronger. It is also a rich source of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

ACV boosts the immune system and acts as a natural antiseptic and anti-biotic. Apples contain Vitamin C and flavonoids, which helps with wound healing and in reducing the severity of colds and flu symptoms. Apple cider also has acetic acid, plus ion-futynic lactic and propionic acids. It is the richest source of amino acids known.

Apple cider cannot cure cancer, but it is valuable to have around to help fight free radicals in the body. Beta-carotene, found in apple cider vinegar, is a powerful antioxidant, which helps to neutralize the free radicals formed in the body through oxidation. To prevent these free radicals, and to keep them in check, we need antioxidants to rid our body of these potentially dangerous compounds. Left alone, free radicals have the run of our bodies; they damage cells, which leads to cellular degeneration. The pectin in apple cider vinegar adds fiber to the diet, which helps prevent cancer, especially colon cancer. Fiber binds with certain cancer-causing compounds in the colon, and speeds up their elimination from the system.

VITAMINS IN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
.	Vitamin C
.	Vitamin E
.	Vitamin A
.	Vitamin B1
.	Vitamin B2
.	Vitamin B6
.	Pro-vitamin beta-carotene
.	Vitamin P

MINERALS & TRACE ELEMENTS IN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
.	Potassium
.	Calcium
.	Magnesium
.	Phosphorous
.	Chlorine
.	Sodium
.	Sulfur (the mineral - not the sulfa, which some people are allergic to)
.	Copper
.	Iron
.	Silicon
.	Fluorine

BENEFITS FOR YOUR DOGS (AND OTHER PETS):
Every home with dogs should have Apple Cider Vinegar. It has multiple uses for dogs, including: alleviating allergies and arthritis, and establishing correct pH balance of the system.

Added to your pet's drinking water, ACV has shown to maintain the acid/alkaline balance of the digestive tract. To find your dog's pH level, get some pH strips at your local drugstore. First thing in the morning test your dog's urine. If the strip reads from 6.5 - 7.0, then your dog's system is what it should be. If the pH is higher, then the system is too alkaline, and ACV can help to establish a correct pH balance.

Use a few drops in your dog's ears after cleaning to avoid ear infections. ACV can be used in the prevention of muscle weakness, arthritis, calluses on elbows, hocks and joints, pimples, and sore joints. It has also been shown to be useful in the prevention of bladder and kidney stones, and bladder and kidney infections.

A dog with a correct pH balance is less likely to be bothered by fleas, black flies, ticks, and other external parasites. Its regular use results in less chance of ringworm, staph infections, streptococcus, and mange. If you are already experiencing these problems, dilute ACV with equal amounts of warm water and sponge onto your dog's coat.

You can also mix a 50/50 vinegar-water solution and add to a spray bottle to spray the coat. The ACV balances the pH of the skin and makes it less desirable to bacteria, bugs and infection. Not only that, but their coat is very soft and shiny. Applying undiluted apple cider vinegar to the affected area can soothe bee and wasp stings, as well as itchy mosquito bites.

MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION:
I have personally used and highly recommend Bragg® Certified Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. It is unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized, has 5% acidity, and contains the amazing Mother of Vinegar, which occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules.

Bragg® Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is made from delicious, healthy, organically grown apples. Processed and bottled in accordance with USDA guidelines, it is Certified Organic by Organic Certifiers and Oregon Tilth; and is Kosher Certified.

Bragg® Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is full of zesty natural goodness. It is a wholesome way to add delicious flavor to salads, veggies, most foods, and even to sprinkle over popcorn.

Bragg® Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar has a pH of 4.075, Concentration/ Strength = 63 grain, Acetic Acid = 5.14 %, Potassium = 24mg/T. <2% DRV / RDI.

Many blessings,

Ann Wigmore revived the interest in wheat grass in the 60’s by treating herself when her doctors told her she would not live. After an automobile accident that shattered both her legs, Ann was advised to amputate her legs in order to cut out the disease. She refused and gangrene set in. She did not give up and set out on a “peasant’s diet”, which consisted of wheat grass, vegetables, and grains that ultimately restored her health. Ann dedicated her life to administering wheat grass to the sick and created the Hippocrates Health Institute which to this day carries out her work.

Dr. Ann Wigmore learned as child the art of natural healing from her grandmother. Following the war her family left Europe and emigrated to the United States. After years of struggles with colitis, headaches, arthritis, a host of other health challenges, and namely the accident, the young Ann Wigmore returned to her native teachings and began a regimen of live foods using primarily sprouts and wheatgrass juice to rejuvenate initially her pets and then herself. She experienced an incredible rejuvenation on a diet of living foods. Her hair returned from an almost full graying condition to its natural color. Her vitality soared. So began a live-food crusade which led to the founding of the Hippocrates Institute in Boston in 1963 which successfully treated tens of thousands of patients over a period of several decades.

Dr. Ann Wigmore might be more aptly titled a healer, instead of a doctor, because she healed people and will be remembered forever for the legacy she left humankind. Though Ann died tragically and suddenly in a fire in a fire while writing her book at the age of 83, in 1993, her live-food crusade continues on, unabated.

In Ann’s own words:

"Reconnect with nature and your body will take care of the rest. This is the beauty of self-healing."

"Through the American eating habits I developed cancer of the colon, arthritis, hernia, migraine headaches, blood poisoning, depression and gray hair by the time I was fifty…. I knew the only thing to do was turn back to nature…. So gradually I developed the Living Foods Lifestyle and returned to nature. It took me about three years to regain my health. Today I have improved the Living Food Lifestyle which means being able to regain health in only several months rather than several years... “

”Because of wheatgrass implants, my brain has improved and stress has been eliminated. I have tremendous brain force now. My writing is improving each year. When the body is healthy, the brain is healthy too because the brain is the same as any other part of the body.”

Ann healed her own body from various illnesses including colon cancer while in her fifties, using Raw Living Foods.

For thirteen years Dr. Ann visited Creative Health every summer blessing us with her natural healing truths. Dr. Ann died at the age of 83 in a fire. A video taken of her three months before her death shows a woman in her eighties moving about like a young woman--limber, energetic, and intellectually sharp. Her doctors were amazed. At the age of 83, she was as fit as a 30 year old. It’s sad that she died for she would have been “living” proof of the power in Nature (wheatgrass and sprouts), of the simple diet of raw foods in its natural state.

Through years of research Dr. Ann Wigmore discovered that all the enzymes, vitamins and minerals that the body needs are found within the foods we eat -- IF these foods are prepared in such a way as to maintain or unlock their life-giving nutrients.

Wheatgrass contains all vitamins necessary for the normal function of the human body such as riboflavin, vitamin C, B complex, and all of the 100 elements which the balanced earth contains; turning the body from an acidic state into an alkaline state.

By cooking and killing your foods, you cook and kill your bodies.

Living foods for our Living temple: (our sacred bodies)

Understand the full meaning of the Tree of Life*

Wheat grass is considered to be a complete food, meaning it has life sustaining properties. It is a source of beta-carotene and the B vitamins, plus vitamins C, E, H and K. It also contains close to ninety different minerals and nineteen amino acids. Wheat grass caters to blood purification, liver detoxification, and colon cleansing. It is also an excellent source of superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is a powerful antioxidant and anti-aging enzyme.

A 1978 study by Yoshihide Hagiwara, M.D., suggests that wheat grass has the ability to inactivate mutagenic substances found in agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and food additives. In other words, wheat grass may combat the damaging effects of chemicals, fertilizers, and food additives that are ever increasing their visibility in our food and drinking water. As it is now, most foods contain one type or another form of food additives. Fertilizers have been showing up around the world in drinking water. One recent study in California, USA even showed evidence of rocket fuel in cows’ milk.

It must also be said that wheat grass is high in chlorophyll, which is the closest to the molecular structure of human blood on the planet as you can get. The body converts chlorophyll into fresh blood, thus leaving the body more rejuvenated. Due to its concentrated form of chlorophyll, wheat grass has also been known to have favorable effects on treating chronic pancreatitis.

In addition, chlorophyll combats bacteria inside the body and supports healing, rebuilds the bloodstream, removes drug deposits from the body, neutralizes toxins in the body, purifies the liver, improves blood sugar problems, and can cure chronic sinusitis with long term use.

Wheat grass has been known to help prevent tooth decay, skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis. It is also claimed to reduce hair from graying, improves digestion, reduces high blood pressure as it enhances the capillaries, and can remove heavy metals from the body.

Living food is provided by nature, organically grown in its original, uncooked state. Live foods provide the body with the life-giving, easy-to-digest nourishment needed to strengthen the immune system. Seeds, grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables in their natural, uncooked state are the living food used to rebuild health - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Wheat grass juice is an excellent source of chlorophyll. Wheat grass juice is also high in iron, oxygen, and enzymes and is one of the richest sources of vitamins A, B, and C.

Studies of wheatgrass by Dr. Chiu Nan Lai of the University of Texas System Cancer Center showed it to be a potent inhibitor of several carcinogens. Applying low levels of the extract to mutagens diminished activity in them by up to 99%. Recent medical research has found that cancer goes into remission when the body is alkaline. The raw living foods diet helps to make the body alkaline (easily tested with litmus paper).

More research has examined the healing properties of chlorophyll in general and seems to be related to the fact that the chlorophyll molecule is nearly identical to that of hemoglobin, whose single atom of iron replaces one atom of magnesium.

Distinguished medical specialists have reported hundreds of cases in which chlorophyll has cured deep infections, stimulated healing, removed necrotic debris from open wounds, and accelerated connective tissue and epidermal proliferation.

__________________________________________________________________________________

Here are some beautiful scriptures that were founded in the archives of the Vatican by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely (whose father worked for the Vatican). But unfortunately the Chruch Fathers LEFT OUT most of the needed messages for mankind, out of the bible. Jesus, a powerful healer (as I had always known because I dreamt of him this way when I was a child) was a deep believer in the power of Mother Earth.

“…And then many sick and maimed came to Jesus, asking him. "if you know all things, tell us, why do we suffer with these grievous plagues? Why are we not whole like other men? Master, heal us, that we too may be made strong, and need abide no longer in our misery. We know that you have it in your power to heal all manner of disease. Free us from Satan and from all his great afflictions. Master, have compassion on us."

“And Jesus answered- "Happy are you that you hunger for the truth, for I will satisfy you with the bread of wisdom. Happy are you, that you knock, for I will open to you the door of life. Happy are you, that you would cast off the power of Satan, for I will lead you into the kingdom of our Mother's angels, where the power of Satan cannot enter."

“And they asked him in amazement: "Who is our Mother and which her angels? And where is her kingdom?"

"Your Mother is in you, and you in her. She bore you she gives you life. it was she who gave to you your body, and to her shall you one day give it back again. Happy are you when you come to know her and her kingdom; if you receive your Mother's angels and if you do her laws. I tell you truly, he who does these things shall never see disease. For the power of our Mother is above all. And it destroys Satan and his kingdom, and has rule over all your bodies and all living things.

"The blood which runs in us is born of the blood of our Earthly Mother. Her blood falls from the clouds; leaps from the womb of the earth; babbles in the brooks of the mountains; flows wide in the rivers of the plains; sleeps in the lakes; rages mightily in tempestuous seas.

"The air which we breathe is born of the breath of our Earthly Mother. Her breath is azure in the heights of t heavens; soughs in the tops of the mountains; whispers the leaves of the forest; billows over the cornfields; slumbers in the deep valleys, burns hot in the desert.

"The hardness of our bones is born of the bones of our Earthly Mother, of the rocks and of the stones. They stand naked to the heavens on the tops of mountains; are as giants that lie sleeping on the sides of the mountains, as idols set in the desert, and are hidden in the deepness of the earth.

"The tenderness of our flesh is born of the flesh of our Earthly Mother; whose flesh waxes yellow and red in the fruits of the trees, and nurtures us in the furrows of the fields.

"Our bowels are born of the bowels of our Earthly Mother, and are hid from our eyes, like the invisible depths of the earth.

"The light of our eyes, the hearing of our ears, both are born of the colors and the sounds of our Earthly Mother; which enclose us about, as the waves of the sea a fish, as the eddying air a bird.

"I tell you in very truth, Man is the Son of the Earthly Mother, and from her did the Son of Man receive his whole body, even as the body of the newborn babe is born of the womb of his mother. I tell you truly, you are one with the Earthly Mother; she is in you, and you in her. Of her were you born, in her do you live, and to her shall you return again. Keep, therefore, her laws, for none can live long, neither be happy, but he who honors his Earthly Mother and does her laws. For your breath is her breath; your blood her blood; your bone her bone; your flesh her flesh; your bowels her bowels; your eyes and your ears are her eyes and her ears.

"I tell you truly, should you fail to keep but one only of all these laws, should you harm but one only of all your body's members, you shall be utterly lost in your grievous sickness, and there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. I tell you, unless you follow the laws of your Mother, you can in no wise escape death. And he who clings to the laws of his Mother, to him shall his Mother cling also. She shall heal all his plagues, and he shall never become sick. She gives him long life, and protects him from all afflictions; from fire, from water, from the bite of venomous serpents. For your Mother bore you, keeps life within you. She has given you her body, and none but she heals you. Happy is he who loves his Mother and lies quietly in her bosom. For your Mother loves you, even when you turn away from her. And how much more shall she love you, if you turn to her again? I tell you truly, very great is her love, greater than the greatest of mountains, deeper than the deepest seas. And those who love their Mother, she never deserts them. As the hen protects her chickens, as the lioness her cubs, as the mother her newborn babe, so does the Earthly Mother protect the Son of Man from all danger and from all evils.

"...many unclean and sick followed Jesus' words, and sought the banks of the murmuring streams. They put off their shoes and their clothing, they fasted, and they gave up their bodies to the angels of air, water, and sunshine. And the Earthly Mother's angels embraced them, possessing their bodies both inwards and outwards. And all of them saw all evils, sins and uncleanesses depart in haste from them. ... And the breath of some became as stinking as that which is loosed from the bowels, and some had an issue of spittle, and evil smelling and unclean vomit rose from their inward parts. All these uncleanesses flowed by their mouths. In some, by the nose; in others, by the eyes and ears. And many did have a noisome and abominable sweat come from all their body, over all their skin. And on many limbs great hot boils broke forth, from which came out uncleannesses with an evil smell, and urine flowed abundantly from their body; and in many their urine was all but dried up and became thick as the honey of bees; that of others was almost red or black, and almost as hard as the sand of rivers. And many belched stinking gases from their bowels, like the breath of devils. And their stench became so great that none could bear it." (Quote from the Essene Gospel of Peace).
I was discussing this with my friend of mine today. I think everyone can agree that a whole foods organic diet is healthy. I feel that potatoes do provide fiber and nutrients, but my friend sees they can cause glycemic spikes and can lead to diabetes if overdone. I feel potatoes are a better choice than the refined potatoe chips. Dr. McDougall does a no fat, plant based diet and has patients have lost weight and reveresed heart disease. He is for potatoes in the diet. I used to follow a nearly no fat vegan diet, but now recogonize the importance of essential fatty acids.

The next few times I started feeling really nauseous... up to four hours after drinking it. So, I stopped drinking the wheatgrass. Has anyone else had reactions like that? I have a very weak stomach and I try to eat a lot of raw stuff because my body reacts really well to it (surprisingly). I thought that wheatgrass would be fine for me, help my stomach issues too even. Do I need to take some time to adjust to drinking grass? Typically, I come from the school of thought that when my body rejects something, its not for me. Wheatgrass may be another story.

I was thinking that maybe I have an allergy to it because along with the nausea came light headaches. I also read somewhere that the planters that you grow the grass in may acquire mold and when the mold is ingested, you can get really sick. Winterwheat is the safest grass to use but who knows where I can find that...

If anyone is looking for a Nutritional supplement that they can trust...here it is...
Inliven is a fully certified organic superfood. It contains 26 Certifieid organic living wholefoods, 18 Amino Acids and 13 Lactobacillus bacteria.

Facts about Lactobacillus bacteria
We are exposed to numerous pollutants in our everyday lives: lead, mercury, cadmium (plus over 4500 toxic heavy metal by-products), drugs, vaccines and a host of other dangers are wreaking havoc in our bodies.
As our toxin levels rise, our immune system and other critical
processes in our body become dangerously compromised and
begin to fail.

“Death begins in the colon”
Ilya Mechnikov – Nobel Laureate

The secret to good health lies in the friendly bacteria in
the intestinal tract.
Lactobacillus bacteria form a significant part of the natural intestinal flora. Large populations of this, and other lactic acid producing bacteria, regulate the levels of friendly bacteria and reduce the levels of toxic pathogens that cause ill health.
Lactic acid producing lactobacilli bacteria alter the pH of the large intestine, making it inhospitable to undesirable bacteria, moulds, mould spores and yeast, particularly Candida. Putrefactive bacteria, which are potentially detrimental to good health and increase foul wind production, are inhibited by acidic conditions in the colon.
The presence of active bacteria in the gut can aid the digestive process by helping to break down foods. To attain the health benefits attributed to Lactobacilli fermented foods, live active bacteria need to be consumed on a regular basis. It is believed the life span in the human body of these
cells is 3 to 10 days. Only the active forms have the ability to tolerate the acidity of the stomach and the alkalinity of the
intestine to produce health benefits.

There is a lot of confusion in the marketplace in relation to the
abundance or “count” of bacteria in various probiotic products.
Many companies are claiming that their products have “billions” more bacteria than other products to gain a marketing edge. This is very misleading for the consumer and, in reality, is little more than sales hype.
Bacteria live and work in colonies. In scientific terms these colonies are called, Colony-Forming Units (CFU’s). Some companies intentionally shake the colonies apart, separating the CFU’s, to increase the bacteria count of their products, which is misleading to consumers.
The reproduction ability of the bacteria in the gut is the
single most important factor in a probiotic product.
The bacteria must be in their natural state and alive so that once they arrive in the gut they can multiply and produce all the substrains necessary to maintain a healthy intestinal flora.
To ensure that the bacteria are in a natural organic state and have not been tampered with or altered in any way it should be certified organic. In-Liven has been certified organic by the ACO (Australian Certified Organic), Australia’s largest certifying body.

Common warning signs of a bacterial imbalance
• Allergies and food sensitivities
• Difficulty losing weight, sugar/carbohydrate craving
• Frequent fatigue, poor concentration
• Frequent constipation or diarrhoea
• Faulty digestion, acid reflux and other gut disorders
• Sleeping poorly, night sweats
• Painful joint inflammation, stiffness
• Bad breath, gum disease and dental problems
• Frequent colds, flu or infections
• Chronic yeast problems
• Acne, eczema skin and foot fungus
• Extreme menstrual or menopausal symptoms
Research has shown that Lactobacilli bacteria:
• Reduce cholesterol in the blood.
• Increase nutrient assimilation, including calcium.
• Reduce high blood pressure.
• Assist in the elimination of ailments such as colon irritation,
constipation, diarrhoea and acne.
• Retard yeast infections.
• Strengthen the immune system.
• Manufacture and assimilate B complex vitamins (which include niacin, biotin, folic acid, riboflavin and B12).
• Help digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
• Produce natural anti-bacterial agents (antibiotics).
• Produce cancer or tumour suppressing compounds.
• Control the pH or acidity-alkaline levels in the intestines.
• Reduce unhealthy bacteria in the intestinal tract.
• Detoxify poisonous materials in the diet.
• Detoxify hazardous chemicals added to foods, such as nitrates.

Things that kill bacteria in the body
Antibiotics
Birth control pills
Steroidal & hormonal drugs
Fluoride
Chlorine
Carbonated drinks
Synthetic vitamins

I was taking Kelp supplements, and at the time was not satisfied with my over all well being.

Greetings Whole Food Lovers,

I thought you might be interested in hearing about a new company that creates great, convenient, organic, raw foods, snacks, and personal care products. I have found their food to be a great solution to eating healthy no matter where I am, whether I'm at home, at work, traveling, back packing, or just too busy to prepare meals myself. Plus, the personal care products they create are excellent and have none of the chemicals you find in most products bought over the counter or even in a lot of the "natural" lines.

This company is called the Whole Food Farmacy (www.ibis.wholefoodfarmacy.com), and their goal is to get people back to the FARM and using whole foods for all the body's needs. Their foods are prepared with either all raw ingredients, or some with ingredients that have been sun dried or slow pressure dehydrated, ground at low temperatures, and with no fillers, to maintain the natural whole-food state and keep all nutrients and enzymes intact. All ingredients are organic and from heirloom seed, family-farmed crops.

In addition to the excellent quality and care they have taken in preparing their foods & products, they have also utilized recipes from ancient traditions that were created to honor the "temple" of the body. Through the combined synergy of ancient wisdom and application of golden proportions, their products possess a unique energetic signature that results in an amplified effect that is greater than the sum of its parts.

My personal experience from eating their food is that I am not near as hungry anymore, it has cleansed my body, my skin has cleared up, and I have more energy. This food totally keeps me going and it is now what my body craves, in addition to craving other raw, whole foods. And truly it has been a god-send for me and my busy schedule.

To check it out go to

www.ibis.wholefoodfarmacy.com

I would recommend starting out with the "phi plus" or one of their sample starter packs.

If you would like to know more or have any questions feel free to contact me at ibis_avl@yahoo.com.

To Your Health and Well Being,
Theresa "Ibis" Bullard

THE GREAT AMERICAN WHOLE FOOD FARMACY

Convenient Organic Raw Whole Food

The Whole Food Farmacy combines the best of the golden treasures of a forgotten age-old wisdom with today’s need for health, weight loss, beauty, and vitality.

"The thousands of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals [beneficial plant compounds] in whole foods act synergistically together to create a more powerful effect than the sum of their parts, producing a result which cannot be recreated by supplements," says Jeff Prince, vice president for education at the American Institute for Cancer Research.

Do any of you encounter this situation often...

You are taking a lunch break at work. You take your lunch out of the fridge and get ready to eat it. It's something you brought from home. Probably something perfectly normal, like a hearty salad or sandwich or steamed veggies and brown rice. The rest of your colleagues stare at your food like it's something alien, and make a comment like "Wow! That sure looks healthy!". There is a slight tinge of envy to their words, as if they were suddenly not so satisfied with their burgers-and-fries or microwave lasagna.

-- like these people have never seen fresh food before! Is it so hard for the general population to slice up some veggies, steam some whole grains, toss some beans in there and drizzle it with herbs and good oils?

I swear I cannot have lunch at work without at least two people commenting on unusually healthy my food is.
