I was looking for a green foods suppliment that was easy to digest. Any sugestions? I had a friend recommend 'garden of life' super green formula. Has anyone tried it or know anything about it first hand?

Thu, November 4, 2004 - 11:38 AMI would give Pure Synergy a try. Their website is www.synergy-co.com. They were the very first superfood on the market back in the mid 70's. Their blend contains no fillers. It is primarily organic, made up of 60 plus different foods and is kosher.

It has a ton of variety of greens plus enzymes, probiotics, and no fillers. I find it really helpful mixed with water but I know folks who use juice.
I started using it to deacidify my system when I was having toothaches and have found a good diet and a powerful boost of greens helpful for getting me back on track.
This product is about 3.75 an ounce at my co-op and is sold in 10 and 16 oz sizes so it is a bit spendy. I have tried a few other products but when I can afford it I keep returning to this one.
